The Warroad Chamber of Commerce will host a Business Breakfast Briefing on Wednesday morning from 8-9am at 112 Main Avenue in Warroad (the old Ben Franklin building). Warroad Chamber president Steve Hagen told the KQ92 Morning Show on Monday that the speakers at this event will focus on business.

The Business Breakfast Briefing will be held from 8-9am Wednesday at 112 Main Avenue North in Warroad.

The Lake of the Woods School board will hold their working session and regular meeting tonight at the Lake of the Woods school. On this morning’s Lake of the Woods school news report, Superintendent Jeff Nelson talked about one of the items before the board this evening and that is to fill the vacancy on the school board after the resignation of Carl Robida.

Nelson went on to say that the board will also be talking about the items on the upcoming school referendum vote

Residents are encouraged to attend school board meetings or view them online.

Warroad Community Development will host a quarterly Town Hall meeting on Tuesday 9/24 at Warroad High School at 6:30pm. Warroad Community Development interim director Rick Trontvet says that there will be a variety of speakers on a variety of topics.

Warroad Chamber of Commerce president Steve Hagen talked about how the Chamber, Warroad Community Development and the Warroad CVB are all working together to promote Warroad.

After the Town Hall meeting, there will be a time to meet with the presenters.
