Jon Michael Grussing: Sports Director | On-Air Announcer

Jon has been with KQ92 and KRWB Radio since 1998, has hosted the weekday AM Morning Show since 2015, and also covers high school sports for Warroad, Roseau, and Lake of the Woods. Jon is the host of KQ92’s “Coaches Corner” program every Saturday at 9:00 A.M. Previously, Jon worked as the sports director at KOLV-FM. His broadcast experience stretches from Iowa, to the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and much more. Graham Scher: News Director | On-Air Announcer

Graham is the News Director and co-host of the Morning Show for KQ92 FM and KRWB AM, while also covering high school sports across the region. Graham’s radio career began in high school, and continued through college where he studied Media and Broadcasting at the University of Indianapolis. Mani Souphom: News Reporter | On-Air Announcer

Mani is a news and production associate with R & J Broadcasting, serving as a correspondent, writer, and noon hour news anchor for KQ92 FM and KRWB AM. Homegrown from Warroad, Mani is passionate about telling the stories that shape Northern Minnesota, covering everything from local events and community voices to breaking news. Brandon Barger: Sales Representative | Sports Announcer

Brandon serves as a broadcast sales representative (covering the Roseau, Greenbush, and Badger region) and sports announcer for KQ92 and KRWB. Brandon also hosts KRWB’s “Coaches Corner” program every Saturday at 8:00 A.M. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Journalism from Franklin College and a master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Indianapolis. In his dual role, Brandon combines his passion for media with a love for connecting local businesses to their audiences through radio. Noah Harren: On-Air Announcer

Noah brings a passion for entertainment and storytelling as the host of KQ92’s 5 o’clock hour. Born and raised in Warroad and a graduate of the University of Utah, he spent five years as a professional video game developer working on major titles including Forza Horizon 5, Forza Motorsport 8, and projects tied to the Game of Thrones franchise, with a background in cinematography and programming. He stays active in the community through the local robotics program, enjoys the outdoors, and looks forward to hunting season every fall. Have a community event to share? Greg Arends: General Manager

Greg is KQ92 & KRWB’s general manager, bringing over four decades of experience in broadcasting, having started his radio career at just 16 by reporting sports scores and writing local stories. He earned his degree in Speech/Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead and gained early on-air experience at KMSC and Lite Rock 105 in Fargo. Throughout his career, Greg has held nearly every position in radio. He is passionate about supporting local and regional businesses, using his 40+ years of media expertise to help them navigate marketing challenges.
