Larson went on to say that there will be information regarding parking for the sold out evening Concert featuring local talent.

She also went on to say that the Grand Opening Event has been a long time coming and there’s excitement, not only for the Grand Opening Event, but also to have Riverplace open to the public.

The Warroad Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Program will be at the Warroad High School on Saturday, October 5th at 6pm. One of this year’s inductees is Morgan Pieper-George from the class of 2008. She commented to KQ92 Sports that she’s honored to be a part of this year’s inductees.

She was a three-sport athlete when she attended Warroad High School, playing Volleyball in the Fall, Hockey in the Winter, and Softball in the Spring. She said there’s a lot of emotions that will be happening on Saturday evening.

Pieper-George is in her 10th year as a Speech Language Pathologist, currently working in the East Grand Forks School District. She joins the Warroad Athletic Hall of Fame along with Molly McDonald (Class of 2015) and the 1981 Baseball Team. For questions about tickets, call the High School Office at 218-386-6028.
