Thursday last week was ATV Day in the Minnesota House Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee where the entire day was spent on ATV-related bills. A bill has been introduced to increase the allowable weight of the ATV’s on public trails from 2,000 to 3,000 pounds. Representative District 1-A John Burkel of Badger explains
