Arts Grants Available to Schools through the NWMAC

BEMIDJI, Minn — The back to school season has arrived, which means the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council (NWMAC) is once again accepting grant applications from local school districts to support the arts. NWMAC Director Mara Hanel says one way districts can utilize these funds is by applying for the Artist Residency Portion of the grant.

Hanel says they also have grant funding available for art equipment.

For more information on these grants, or to apply, go to the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council Website at northwestminnesotaartscouncil.org. People in need of assistance can also call 218-745-8886.
