
Minnesota deer hunters have until September 10th to buy their license and be automatically entered into the antlerless deer permit lottery, for designated permit areas.The Minnesota DNR says successful applicants will receive a postcard authorizing them to take an antlerless deer during either the firearm or muzzleloader season.
The September 10th deadline also applies to adult special firearms hunt applications. And, new this year, hunters can apply for both the antlerless lottery and special hunts. Hunters can buy licenses online, through the DNR’s new mobile app, or from license agents. Visit MNDNR.gov for more information.
