The State high school football quarterfinals will get underway on Thursday. In the 9-player bracket, the Kittson County Central Bearcats will play the Cook County Vikings on Thursday 11/6 at 6pm at Grand Rapids High School. Kittson County Central advanced to the quarterfinals with a 22-14 win over the Stephen-Argyle Storm in the Section 8 championship last week. Cook County advanced with a 26-12 win over Littlefork-Big Falls in the Section 7 championship last week.
