Local watersheds using lidar to combat flooding in Red River Valley 

Local watersheds, and water management organizations  across the Red River Valley have been using a gamechanging technology called lidar to help with flood prevention. Grit May of the International Water Institute explains what this Lidar technology is, and how it works.
