Minnesotans are urged to start thinking about their health insurance for next year. Due to federal cuts and changes, Minnesota Department of Commerce Commissioner Grace Arnold says Minnesotans are facing some tough decisions.

Arnold says 90,000 Minnesotans are looking at higher premium costs for next year, and 19,000 could lose their financial assistance to help pay for their health care costs.
