Veterans and Families Asked to Provide Feedback on County Services by Oct. 31

By Daniel Demolee – KQ92 & KRWB | September 11, 2025

Veterans and surviving family members, who are residents of Lake of the Woods County, are being afforded the opportunity to participate in a survey now through the end of October. The survey will potentially help determine the level of services and quality of services provided by the County Veterans Service Office.

Once the results are compiled, the County Veterans Services Officer Accountability Committee will review the responses and make recommendations to better serve veterans.

The survey form can be found on the LOTW County Veteran Services Information Webpage. It is also available in the Northern Light Region newspaper. Additionally, forms are available at the Baudette American Legion Post, Baudette VFW Post, Lake of the Woods County Office, and the Brink Senior Center.

The deadline for submission is Oct. 31, 2025. The form can be submitted via email or hard copies should be dropped off at the Government Center Building. The results and recommendations are expected to be revealed during the Lake of the Woods County Commissioners meeting on Nov. 24, 2025.
